Our Residential Design Process

We follow a streamlined, three-phase process to guide your project from concept to completion. Whether we’re refreshing a single room or designing a full home, our method ensures clarity, consistency, and beautiful results—every time.

1. Phase 1: Project Initiation

Step 1: Consultation with Raquel: A personalized 2-hour session (in-person or virtual) where we discuss your space, understand your goals, and explore the possibilities. This is where your design journey begins—with clarity and creativity.

2. Phase 2: Design

Step 2:Trade Day We coordinate a site visit with our trades to review your home, take detailed measurements, and assess the space. This step helps us develop accurate quotes and a realistic project scope.

Step 3: Presentation You’ll receive a complete design package that includes mood boards, scaled floor plans, layout options, finishes, and furniture selections. We present the vision in person or virtually. One round of revisions is included.

Phase 3: Project Implementation

Step 4: Ordering & Installations

Once the design is approved, we place orders, schedule trades, and coordinate all deliveries and installations.

Step 5: Reveal Day

The most exciting part—your home is styled, finished, and ready. You’ll walk into a space transformed and completely personalized.

Step 6: Project Closure & Deficiencies

Our team reviews the completed space, addresses any final adjustments, and ensures all design elements meet the agreed standard. You’ll receive a finalized binder with sources, care tips, and a project close-out summary.
