I was contacted to refresh this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo before it went on the market. The goal was to brighten the space and make it feel more open and inviting—without a full remodel. We removed the carpet and installed light, natural-toned flooring throughout, instantly making the unit feel larger and more updated.
In the kitchen, I refaced the cabinets, added quartz countertops, and updated the hardware to create a clean, polished look. The design leaned transitional—mixing classic details with simple, modern finishes. A neutral palette of whites and soft woods set a calm foundation, while layered blues in the living room and bedrooms brought warmth and personality.
Both bathrooms were fully renovated with brass accents and timeless materials to add just the right touch of elegance. The result is a light-filled, cohesive space that feels fresh, move-in ready, and perfect for making a strong first impression.
