The Proctor Gate Project began as a typical builder-grade home, but the goal was to infuse it with personality and warmth from the moment you walked in. One of the standout features is the double-sided fireplace, which became the anchor of the entire design. We selected a striking marble-look tile to wrap the fireplace—bringing texture, elegance, and movement into the heart of the home.
To complement the statement tile, we carried subtle marble accents into the kitchen backsplash for cohesion. The overall palette leaned transitional, blending warm greys, soft whites, and deep wood tones to balance modern and classic. Every finish was chosen to feel timeless, yet current allowing the design to grow gracefully over time.
Throughout the home, we introduced layers of comfort and sophistication: plush textures, thoughtful lighting, and clean architectural lines. From the grid wall in the bedroom to the polished chrome details in the bathrooms, every space was designed with purpose, flow, and a sense of harmony
